Students are encouraged to actively participate in co-curricular activites and extra-curricular activities. Innovative programmes such as the Outbound programme, Personality Development programme and Career Skill Development programme are integral to the curriculum.

Shreyas is the students' forum that provides a platform for students to develop and demonstrate their knowledge, skills and creativity. Within Shreyas are many interest groups such as the ones focusing on environment, community welfare, arts and aesthetics, and functional areas of management.

Urjith is the popular annual inter b-school event aimed at fostering a sense of camaraderie among students from different b-schools in and around Coimbatore. Activities conducted Urjith include the Chandrakanthi Memorial Young Business Leader Award, the Business Quiz contest, and management games.

Impressions is the bi-annual newsletter designed and distributed by the students aimed at capturing in capsule the events and activities of the previous six months. Impressions also provides an opportunity to students to express themselves, share experiences and exchange views and perspectives.
